Leopold and Lenore

King Leopold and Queen Lenore are the 5th and 6th zoo animal blankie designs! These lovely creatures are quite easy and super fun to make! I can’t wait to see your beautiful Lion and Lioness!
This is a crochet pattern and not a finished item.

#4/medium weight yarn (I used) in:
·         A – (tan/gold) 430yds/393m
·         B – (off-white) 60yds/55m
·         C* – (dark brown) 120yds/110m
·         D* – (rust) 60yds/55m
·         E – (pink) 5yds/4.5m
·         Black – 20yds/18m
·         Small amount for eye color.
·         * Only small amounts needed for the Lioness
·         Plus an additional 120yds/110m of (color A) for the mane
Crochet Hooks in size:
·         E/4 3.50mm
·         G/6 4.00mm
·         I/9 5.50mm

RS/WS - Right Side/Wrong Side
Lsc – Long single crochet (see feet)
